Consultancy & Evaluation

I have recently undertaken a consultancy project for the Barbican, measuring the impact of a new home-grown literature season, looking at its place within the wider literary offer at the centre. I spoke to colleagues in Communications, Visitor Experience, Ticketing and Producing and created a report to inform the future direction of in-house literature programming at the Barbican.

I am currently working as a Project Manager on Southbank Centre’s A Poet in Every Port, a 5-month tour of the UK’s coastal locations with a mobile poetry library. I worked alongside an independent evaluator to develop a Theory of Change model which we are now using to measure the impact of the project alongside stakeholders.

I have delivered a number of other evaluations such as a report for First Story’s Young Writers Festival, as well as working with The WOW Foundation team to evaluate the impact of the WOW Girls Festival bus tour.
